Very clean modern hotel, the staff were polite and professional. I didn't eat breakfast but Route Inn usually has nice breakfast. It's a good location for USS Tokyo auction as it's not too far.

The hotel is near the station.There are many stores around the hotel: 7/11, Lawson, mall and cafes. Our number was on the 6 the floor, it was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

The staff on the front desk and very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. The location is at the station so it's convenient for the train. The rooms are small but nothing out of the ordinary for a business type hotel.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.
