I was hesitant at first because the hotel didn’t have the best reviews here on Booking, but I’m glad I decided to book it anyway. I’ve stayed at four other hotels in Korea, and this one is by far the best and cleanest I’ve been to. The receptionist was also very kind and attentive. My stay was great — I highly recommend it!

Hotel is located in very vibrant neighborhood filled only by locals! Very close to metro and bus stops. There is also link between airport and the bus stop very close to hotel. Hotel itself very clean and everyone was super friendly. You can order no cleaning service per day, but still get nice and clean towels and water bottle each day of stay. Breakfast is amazing as well if you are used to Asian style eating in the morning.

The hotel staff is extremly kind, welcoming and helpful. :))) My whole stay was all above the expectation. 10/10. The room was clean, had a view for the bustling Seoul and even the Namsan Tower was visible from the window. From the hotel there is good access to public transport. Only couple of steps to bus stations with them easily reach Gangnam Station, Lotte Tower, metro lines or Apgujeong luxury rodeo. Convenient stores (7 eleven, G25) in 2 minutes distance by walk, also restaurants nearby (Chinese, Korean etc). I will definitely come back. ~~^^

It was my second time in Seoul this year. I did not even check other hotels, booked here blindly. Location is great, access from airport is great, hotel staff is so nice, 7/11 near the reception. Many metro connections just under the hotel building, you can literally go everywhere in Seoul so conveniently. Pool is small but nice, I wish there was complete spa experience.

This Hotel is a new building and very clean, within 5 to 15 minutes there are few areas on shopping and restaurants, right in the center of Gangnam. It was perfect choice for my business travel. definilty to keep in mind for future visits. my room was high floor, i really apreciated silence and view.
