Cleanliness, towels: white, all sizes, changed daily, water in the fridge, I liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, they handed over upon arrival face cleanser and cream. Nice. Air con working (it faces the bed but you can easily cool the room and switch off. Instant coffee, comb, hand soap for self serve at reception. Laundromat facilities, airport bus 2 min from entrance, metro and bus stations in front of the hotel. I travelled solo and my room was fair for me (for 2 it would be quite small). I don't know if they have bigger rooms. Dongdaemun Design Plaza just 5 min away. Good breakfast.

Location is pretty good, few mins from the subway station Breakfast was good actually, among some other things they had tuna salad, goes perfect with the eggs. The milk was NOT sweet which is rare for Korea, so I was happy. Staff is really kind. Had my flight late, so I could leave the luggage during the day after I checked out. Single room was small, but very clean and the furniture was super ok, compared to other hotels where it was old. Had room service and trash pickup for free every day, which started to be rare in Korea. This is so far the best hotel I had in Korea, had a 3week+ holiday in the country, stayed in few hotels so far.

Stunning room! Pretty close to bus stop and subway station but it was also fun walking to nearby shops. There is a 7eleven right downstairs so if we needed a snack we were always sorted.
