Loved this charming little hotel! The staff are extremely lovely - we arrived early from the overnight bus from Vientiane and they let us shower and refresh before our room was ready. Also has a resident kitten, Meow. Very cute. Very cuddly. Will steal your heart.

Very clean, excellent staff, great hot shower, location and river views. Very good value and good breakfast included. 2nd morning woke to find ute tyre flat from a puncture and hotel owner arranged staff employee to remove wheel and take to garage for puncture repair and replace wheel. Owner wanted no money for staff labour, saying part of service to help guests but I tipped the staff employee for his hard work anyway, being the right thing to do.

Good location in the city centre. Very clean room with mini bar, a/c, desk and chair. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a very wide range of food available. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
