From the moment of check in to check out, I had a wonderful stay at orient hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Special mention must be made to the GM Mr. Chandima who was always on the scene and attentive to our needs. We were also provided with a Trek to Ella Rock accompanied by hotel staff and a packed hotel lunch which was an incredible experience I would highly recommend. Overall was a great visit and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.

We loved the property and the staff. The location is absolutely stunning and we had the most amazing 5 nights here. Krisha is an absolute legend and super friendly and helpful along with the other staff members. The food is also delicious. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing stay that was complemented by an amazing host! The pictures speak for themselves. You have a private and cozy room that overlooks the trees and the famous bridge. Despite being so close to this landmark, it feels private and away from all the noise of the center of Ella. The host genuinely went above and beyond and host I have ever met. He made us feel comfortable, helped us get around Ella, and provided us with an extragavant breakfast in the morning. Honestly, a very kind and generous human being. Would definitely come back to stay at this lovely location with this amazing host.

A very nice hotel in Ella. The rooms are large and clean. The manager is extremely friendly and courteous. He always asks if everything is okay and responds immediately to any requests. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide selection of local and international specialties. The hotel is in a great location. It is secluded, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, but the main street is only a few minutes' walk away. The view is spectacular. We would definitely come back again.
