What a location! Al the elegance and charm of a Colonial bungalow sat at the heart of a function tea plantation! The Bungalow was a little slice of heaven and the team running it could not have done more to make me feel welcome and see to my every need. Great location for the walk up Adams Peak. The staff were very helpful with a good local place to eat and timings on when to start walking. Also great breakfast in the morning and they allowed for a slightly later check out which wasn’t needed but good to know.

If you are staying in Nanu Oya I would definitely live her. Very clean, perfect location, close to the train station and it’s a great family that runs the hostel. Since we left at 5.30 in the morning we missed the good breakfast that’s included, but the host woke up at the same time we did and made us egg sandwiches to bring on the train.

Such an amazing place. The gentlemen who runs the place will make you feel like home. Got there on a rainy day, they offered hot tea, all the information i needed for my trip to Sri Pada, and some great for meals. I would return anytime.
