Go Yala Farm Villa staff was wonderful and helpful, and the food was delicious- specially Sri Lankan rice and curry we had for dinner. It’s located in front of very beautiful lake. It’s the perfect property to go to yala safari. They also organised the professional safari tour. The safari driver is very experienced, he took us to the hidden places and we managed to see the leopard 🐆 up close and also the bear 🐻 which is very rare to see. wonderful place to stay.we hope to come back one day.

location is very nice in the middle of the forest, the tents are nice and well equipped, dinner was great. staff is super professional. very well organized safari. do not get tricked by people outside who are trying to sell you safari while you are getting to the eco camp if you are taking Tuk-Tuk or car in the city.

Literally everything was perfect! Host is such a kind and caring person. WiFi works great, view from terrace is stunning, room is extremely clean with hot water. Food they offer is very delicious, they offer different kinds of curry, all of them are great. When I went for safari she even prepared a breakfast for takeaway for me. I’d definitely come back again.

Wow!!! Where do I even start? Our stay at Happiness Villa was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the loveliest girls who welcomed us with a delicious drink and showed us to our room. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a mosquito net provided. And then we met Sampath and Asanka—two of the kindest, warmest, and most genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They truly made our stay unforgettable. They went out of their way in every possible way: taking us on a fascinating free tour of the village, sharing so much local knowledge, and cooking us the most delicious dinner and breakfast. Their hospitality was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced—they honestly could not do enough for us. We feel so lucky to have met them and cannot wait to return with our families. Really cool experience to sleep from a tree house. No noises, only nature! We were offered with dinner (best rice and curry in Sri Lanka!) and free of charge. There was also breakfast included and they gave us free water too. Bed was very comfortable and staff very helpful and nice. Sunset from the tree house was incredible! Would really recommend everyone that wants to have a unique jungle experience to book this place!

We had a fantastic time at Gaga Bees. The bungalows are beautifully decorated, the food is tasty, there is a massage therapist available on site, and we loved the pool. We also booked a safari, where we saw leopards and sloth bears! However, what really made this place stand out for us, was the exceptional service! The people running Gaga Bees are very sweet, friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond! Keep in mind that it is (1) cash only and (2) it is an eco resort, meaning you will be hearing and perhaps also seeing animals and bugs. This was not a problem at all during our stay (never in our room), it was a really cool experience.
