This place was amazing! the staff were so friendly and helpful, and able to answer questions, food was FANTASTIC! the room was stunning and we were able to get to most things with a scooter or walking! it was divine! I wish we had stayed longer, as Playa Del Carmen doesn’t feel like it compares at all to beautiful Tulum or Tuup!

pool is great! staff really helpful. we used the laundry service and it was very good. We booked the bigger room with balcony and it was great. location is good for walking into town. isn’t close to the beach (about 4km away) but we knew that. you get beach towels if you want them daily which is really useful and there’s a cold water cooler to fill your bottle up with in reception.

very clean room. the hotel is relaxing and charming. we enjoyed relaxing in the pool in the evening after the beach and before going out. the staff is friendly. breakfast is simple but good. we also managed to have an upgrade of the room. we will definitely come back!

It’s a lovely colourful place with a great atmosphere. The rooms (stayed in 2 different rooms) were really comfortable. The beds were just right, we got a great nights sleep. They don’t do breakfast but there’s a cafe attached to the hotel that does the most amazing food, it’s so good that I’d eat there every meal if I could. You near the main street and a very short walk to the bus station.
