First of all an enormous thank you for Isa, Chris and Sebastian ( manager who speak very good French) Those guys made my stay unforgettable, very professional, very helpful always smiley and very attentive to each request. The hotel is very close to KL Central & NU Sentral Mall and close to brickfield little India there a number of Indian restaurants in malay restaurants along the roadsides and KL mono rail station is just a walk away distance the staffs are really courteous and polite the rooms are really well maintained and this property is a newly refurbished property they have a rooftop garden where you have lounges to rest and a big TV screen ,restroom and gym you can relax evening and the top of the restaurant the staffs are really helpful, there is electric iron box to press your dresses in each floor and they have water dispenser in the second floor Wi-Fi is really good I would definitely recommend this property. if you want to check out late for they charging 10RM per hour which is really worth. They provide 2 water bottles, instant coffee power sachets, water heater kettle, toiletries, towel and refrigerator. Overall I had a pleasant and lovely stay at City Central Hotel KL for 3 nights.

The location is super good, close to the station, the mall, restaurants and everything you could need. This is probably the best property I've stayed in KL, I've visited 3 times and this is my favorite location thus far.

The hotel is in a simply perfect location to access public transport from KL Sentral station (trains, metro and KLIA Express). From the station you can directly access the NU shopping mall and through it you arrive at the hotel without having to cross any road and above all without getting wet in case of rain (the elevator door of the walkway linked to the mall is right in front of the hotel door). We spent two nights in a family room on the fifth floor where there is a gym, a play area for children and a beautiful terrace where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. A note of merit goes to all the hotel staff, from the reception, to the cleaning department (thanks Mr Kayes) they are all extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help you. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to KL again.

    The room is quite big and spacious for the 4 of us. The toilet was clean but the water pressure is not that good. Overall it is a good budget hotel. Quite easy to find food near it.
