The friendly, welcoming staff and management makes this place special. We had a good, spacious room with nice balcony overlooking the back garden/swimming pool. The balcony doesn't have a cover/roof, so it does gets very wet when it rains. The bathroom is very good, with a nice walk in shower. We had breakfast, made to order in the courtyard, which we enjoyed.

Everything - it was perfect Gym - small but there are two gyms. Anyways, there was never anyone else when I used it so it's not a problem Pool - small but really cute and ideal to cool down in the Penang heat Breakfast - incredible, great quality and really clean facilities Room - on the smaller side but really clean, smells really lovely and feels very luxurious Staff - kind, lovely and supportive

Breakfast was gorgeous: varied and tasty. Really good Malaysian food. And the coffee is awesome: the espresso is really an espresso. All the staff, from reception to dining room, were as attentive as friendly. And the location is superb.
