This is the second time we booked this motel for staying in Rotorua. We have booked the separate cottage in the motel, and we loved it. I am very happy with the services and location.

Awesome location, walk to eat street and the lake. Quiet area. Stayed in the B n B, small room own bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast included. Free onsite parking. AC was being fitted to all rooms during our stay, this will assist greatly as it was a tad warm in Feb. would not fault at all!!

Liked the motel suited our neccesity close to pub and one nite stay. Full kitchen which was great. Friendly staff. It wasnt exceptional but convinient for our purpose. Definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly, the room had everything I needed, and it was in a safe area within walking distance from the city center. There were restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and parks nearby, making it a convenient and value-for-money place to stay.

Young gave us the best service ever! He was super attentive and helpful, giving us all the info we needed for our Rotorua trip. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. A great location steps from the CBD, the unit they offered us was very spacious and had everything we needed to spend a few days relaxing . Highly recommend!😀

The staff -- Iya and Sandra -- are just the nicest people you'll find anywhere. They made me feel very welcome here. The location is a very easy 10 minutes to the bus station and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. They have laundry services available for a nominal price ($10NZ includes washer - $6, dryer $2 and soap $2). Nothing overly fancy but the price is right and it was quiet.
