This is my second time stay here. I really like this hotel. The staff are very friendly. For example, when I arrived, they immediately gave me a cup of coca tea before checking in. Or when I wear a big coat to have breakfast, they immediately put a mobile heater next to me for me to use. Highly recommend this accommodation.

I loved every moment, I have spent in the hostel. The loft above the kitchen area, was my favourite place, when I was inside.

Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful and the view to the city was perfect. The staff were also very nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

One of our best experiences ever, thanks to the lovely staff. So nice people, made us feel as family. Assisted with our taxi pickups and planning trips and activities. Stored our luggage for some days. Great location, walking to main square and buses. Quiet at night. Nice and tasty breakfast. Very convenient loundry service next door. Small shops and restaurants nearby. Taxis to airport and back are very affordable and convenient. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Alex is very attentive and ensures you have a good stay - he helped us with early breakfast, storing our luggage during our trek, recommendations for the city, everything. The room is clean, hot shower with great pressure, comfortable bed. The room we booked had a little balcony and a lovely view to the nearby ruins. We stayed in Atoq 3 times during our trip and each stay was excellent. The receptions are friendly and empathic, and speak perfect English, in addition to Spanish. The hotel has a small cozy lobby where you can try coca leaves tea or buy hand made objects. The breakfast was fresh each time and delicious. The hotel is up the hill, so the view is spectacular. We would definitely stay here again
