The stay at JAM was awesome, and I recommend it if you plan to go to Lisbon for your vacation. The room was great, the bathroom was spacious, and the rooftop with a bar and pool was very nice for a drink. The industrial look worked a charm, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, close by walking to the city centre.

The location was perfect. Close to EVERYTHING. 5/15/20 minutes, by foot to everywhere.. loved the location. The staff was super amazingly. The mattress and pillow were confortable.

No breakfast provided in the cost of the room but there were some free snacks at the reception which was appreciated. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Right in the heart of old city and literally a few steps away from Metro which makes it great for early morning departures to airport.

I took a girl I had recently met to Lisbon as a big surprise trip like I have never done before, and this was the first place we stayed. This hotel blew her away. Going into the room the view was spectacular and the blinds opened up on a wonderful view. She said it was the fanciest hotel she had ever stayed in. The Bluetooth sound system let us play music through the room which she absolutely loved and so did I (We got to listen to out special travel playlist). The lighting was super fancy and she looked beautiful under the red romance lighting. The bathroom was also incredible with a huge rainfall shower that really impressed her. Everything was clean and shiny and modern, and the wall art was an amazing touch. The hotel was right by a train station so convenient to get around the city. It also was by a very large park, which at the time had a wonderful Christmas market, so the park or the market was a great first activity. This was an incredible place to start our trip and made a great first impression on her. I couldn't have asked for more.
