Beautiful location on the island of Madeira. If you want to get away from the city and experience a small village mountain town this is the perfect location. They had a great kitchen, staff provided fresh towels and emptied our trash every day. The fireplace kept us warm in the winter and you are walking distance to the town to try Bola de Cacao. We visited the Farmers Market and they had a small grocery store for items. You will need a car, while the bus does arrive there, you will find it easier to get around the island with a rental. We were greeted by staff and she was able to show us all the features of the apartment. It really does feel like paradise with the mountains, clouds and rainforest like experience.

Hotel Madeira is a 3-star hotel in Funchal's city centre, close to shops and restaurants. It offers free WiFi access. Each room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer.

The location was perfect. In the heart of the town and at the same time easy to drive out and in.

Very good breakfast, really big rooms, lovely staff. It was a bit chilly in the room when we arrived, but they immediatly put an extra heater in for us. We really appreciated that, thank you so much. Nice restaurants just around the corner.

Apartamentos Turisticos Paraiso are set in the main tourist area of Funchal, only 100 metres from the beach.

Very good location, very clean. We sit and eat in balcony like in a bar, because it was near main street. I would recommend for all my friends.

Do Carmo offers a rooftop pool with views of Funchal and the Atlantic. It is located close to the Funchal Cathedral, the old town and the marina. There is a billiards room for lazy afternoons.

The room was amazing, had a balcony, kitchen, and was a large room in general. Everything worked great and we had no troubles at all. Great location next to a lot of food options, rental car companies, and a walk to the beach. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the pools were nice, and the breakfast was good! The beds were very warm and comfy. Can't believe how nice it was considering it came at a great price!

Perfect Hotel close to everything (city center, bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, car rentals…). Our room was fully equipped, we loved to have a kitchen where we could cook something and sit on our terrace that had a beautiful view to the ocean. Perfectly clean, comfy bed, enough space. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of hot and cold dishes. The staff was kind and helpful. We loved the organized evening programs (folklore night, music performance…) or just sit outside on the terrace or on the rooftop terrace. We definitely recommend this Hotel!

Dorisol Estrelicia offers panoramic views over Funchal bay and a vast array of facilities within Dorisol Complex. Centre of Funchal is 2 km away.
