We booked this last minute to stay with our two dogs and we were pleasantly surprised! We had a studio apartment (77) and it was lovely! Recently refurbished, very clean, everything you need. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. We visited in November and it was very quiet and peaceful. Not many occupied apartments around us. Cabañas de Tavira is very small so it’s easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dogs were welcomed and for no extra cost. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel is situated inside a shopping mall at the top floor. So in the day its easy to do shopping in the mall, and at night the room is also very quiet, could not hear almost any noise! Located also in the city center, close to the harbour if you want to do island hopping! We walked to the marina and catched a ferry to Armona. It was very nice and easy walk. Hotel itself is so clean, new and the staffs are very friendly and helpful ! They have also free coffee and teas all day in their nice lounge / sitting area. We booked this hotel 2 nights last minute and was a bit skeptical at first. But It was proven wrong in the end! The staff also helped us to book a taxi to go to airport. Will definitely stay at this place again on my next visit to Faro.

The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable and the fact that there was a bath a big bonus.

A little oasis of calm in quite a busy area. We had a room with a well equipped kitchen and terrace with hamac and seating area which led onto the swimming pool and terrace which were fantastic with lots of top quality furnishings. It was a great place to relax and we spent most of our week out there! There was something for everyone at breakfast and the staff were really accomodating and friendly. There are three local bars next to the hotel. Burger King and McDonalds are a 10 min walk away and there are three supermarkets and the train station within a 20 minute walk. Vila Real with a ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain is a 45 min walk along the main road or 6€ by taxi and a great day out. We will definitely be back.
