staff was very nice and helpful especially Brian (security and manager Wafa). o was only there for a day (transit) and needed somewhere to sleep and shower for the day. Brain kept on checking on me if I have the room yet, unfortunately check in is not until afternoon, if I want to check in early I have to pay double the price. I said to the staff, by the time I check in, I have to check out in a few hours. Brian was nice enough to get Wafa to speak to me and she checked me in. i checked out later that evening.

I am reviewing 3 rooms located on the 3rd, 6th and 10th floor. Kingsgate Hotel was situated in a great location close to Souq Waqif. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for rooms with a view and the staff did accomodate. The price was very affordable. We also used the sauna and the pool. When I am out all day, all I want is to go back to a nice, clean room and rest. This hotel met my expectations. I love Doha and cannot wait to make it back. Thank you Kingsgate Hotel.

Location is perfect. Near to a lot of attraction via driving. Top notched service from the security to the receptionist to the housecleaning. We had the 2 bdr family room and everything was sparkling clean. They have washer, dry rack, iron and ironing board in the room. Plus pts... they give 2 big bottles of water everyday. Love it.
