The hosts are very welcoming and we've grown familiar with the place pretty fast. Sir Boby is a kind man and he organises tours through the delta which feel like a dream. His wife always welcomed us warmly when returning from trips. 10/10 would recommend.

The delta is more than amazing many things to do and many boat tours The food is excellent and homey. We booked 2 nights in the property and everything was perfect! You have the full apartment for yourself. The hosts Cosmin and Crina were extremely friendly and helpful. The food cooked by Ms. Crina was really delicious. We booked a excursion with Cosmin and that was indeed the highlight of the stay. He managed to go around the best parts of the delta and very very lucky with the sightings including wild horses. I recommend the stay at Casa Lui Matei.

The food, the quite, the dock all amazing. The staff was very nice! Make sure to book a boat trip with a day in advance - it usually leaves at 10 a m.
