I spent an amazing week at CREW Hotel and every aspect exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help; nothing was ever too much trouble. As someone who works on the road, the dedicated coworking space with lightning-fast fiber-optic internet was a game changer. Having unlimited hot drinks, fresh fruit and chilled water on hand meant I could stay productive (and hydrated) without leaving the hotel. Every morning started on a high note with an exceptional breakfast, freshly prepared and varied each day; it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. After work, the serene indoor pool became my go-to spot to unwind. Despite being in the heart of Chiang Mai, the property is remarkably quiet; I slept like a dream thanks to the plush mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom deserves a special mention too; the powerful rainfall shower felt like a daily spa treatment. Location wise, you are within easy walking or short Grab ride distance of cafés, markets, temples and the Old City, and you still return to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. In short, CREW Hotel delivers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality. I would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially fellow remote workers looking for a hassle-free, inspiring place to stay.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great ambience. Room Is clean and bed is so comfy. There's even a balcony in our room. Location is just perfect, in the old town itself. Plenty of restaurant within walking distance. Wat Chedi and Para Singh is just around the corner. There's a shop for motorbike rental nearby as well. Breakfast was good for the price paid as well. What more can I say, great job.

Pool was lovely, the owner and staff are so extremely friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was lovely, very tranquil setting. The staff speak English very well so easy to understand. Will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Chaing Mai. Loved my stay at I Lanna House.

The breakfast is awesome, we had breakfast near the pool which is nice. Very impressed with this boutique hotel. The hotel owner is a very friendly cheerful lady and the young lady reception staff is very sweet and helpful. We even did try the Thai message which is a new experience for us.

    Awesome little hotel on a great location within walking distance from bars & restaurants and yet super quiet during the night. Rooms are just as on the pictures with comfy beds and a good shower (little flooding as usual included). The staff is super friendly and helpful, I even got a 5% discount by paying with cash. The biggest positive surprise for me was the breakfast! Usually in budget hotels it is very basic but this one was delicious with a great coffee!

    I originally stayed for 1 night and ended up visiting again. I love this hotel, it has a budget hotel price but the staff treat you like it’s a luxury hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the place seems well managed. If you need anything they will assist, they helped me find trains to my next destination. The rooms have everything you need, a comfy bed, cold AC, powerful shower and a large TV with streaming services like Netflix. The location is great, restaurants nearby and always grabs/taxi’s available.

    Brand new place everything is immaculately clean. Good location a short walk to the old city and in a quiet place so it’s peaceful for relaxing in the seating area or by the pool. There’s also hanging for clothes and some hangers which are not provided in most other low budget hotels.
