V nice & new hotel … It’s v clean with a v friendly staff and excellent breakfast … Nothing was a problem for them - they checked me up late, and when the wi fi was not working, they changed my room. A special thanks for Mr Farouk, who very polite and helpful.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was nice and hot in the shower. Even though the reception did not speak much English he understood everything that we needed. The lady's working in the dining room for breakfast do an amazing job.

All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. No request to big. Always greeted with a smile. Check in was smooth and fast including when I had to extend my stay by a week. Very competitively priced for the area. Room was a good size for me as a solo traveller with a very comfortable bed. The room is nice and quiet with not a lot of external noise. Restaurant has good food at very good prices. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the hotel. Should I need to return to Ankara, Starton Hotel would be my first choice for accommodation.

Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!
