The place was fantastic – new, and very clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is very convenient for those traveling by car, with easy parking available on the quiet street, yet it’s still very close to the main road. A wonderful stay – highly recommended!

The service was amazing from start to finish—Effet was incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were unique and full of character, giving us a real cave hotel experience while still being very comfortable. The location is excellent—very, very central and close to everything in Göreme, which made exploring super easy. This hotel was a big part of what made our trip unforgettable. Overall excellent experience. Beautiful hotel with great location managed by the owner Sergio, that is probably the highlight of the hotel. He helped us to book the hot air ballon with just one night in advance after another company let us down. Great host. The hotel has a terrace with a gorgeous scenic view where you have the breakfast. The staff were very hospitable, attentive and professional. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was fresh and abundant. The free shuttle between the bus terminal and the hotel was very helpful because the road was under construction. I would love to stay there again if I go back to Goreme!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel during our time in Avanos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Its location allowed us to easily walk to the town center. The hotel also assisted us with activities like the balloon tour and horseback riding in the area. Watching the sunset from the terrace was a beautiful experience. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

What a beautiful place! We loved absolutely everything about it. The breakfast was delightful, and the terrace was such a lovely spot to enjoy it. The staff went above and beyond, serving us with genuine care and kindness. We had to leave early one morning, and when we requested, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us to take instead of breakfast. Such a considerate and warm-hearted gesture! Truly a wonderful experience.
