It was a very kind and helpfull staff. They had notice every thing. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a great lake victoria view. The food was very delicious. The price balance is good. We would definitely recommend this place to other people.

TV wasn't working and AC remote had some issues but apart from that the food for breakfast was good, value for money was great and I had issues about vacating the room one day earlier than booked. Hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in adjusting room charges because of that. Great place to stay if you are on a trip to mwanaza.

For location it was really nice being right on the lake but walking distance to the town. My room was on the African Queen and it was clean and comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They even remembered me from last year. When there was a storm and they lost water to the boat, they gave me a temporary room that had hot water so I could shower. I thought this was very thoughtful and customer service orientated. The food at the restaurants was good.
