Lucy and Gillead (the owners) were very helpful and friendly during my visit. Personable and helped arranged transfers for me to and from the airport, even at ungodly hours! Room was clean and comfortable.

Seeing the reviews I was a bit worried about this one but they were great! Communication was a bit sporadic prior to the stay, but once I called them and got their number, they were brilliant. They were super apologetic about any miscommunications, arranged us a bus pick up from the ferry port for our group (even though it's close by) and upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were lovely, rooms very clean. Overall a great stay in Stone Town.

This is by far the best value hotel in the best area of Stonetown. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. My second time to stay here and I will always come back. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. 10/10.
