Everything was great... except for the fact that was just one sofa bed and my children are 12 and 15 years old. Beds weren't enough and the hotel didn't set us in a two bed room.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good. I needed an early checkin. They told me in advance they were fully booked so I would have a bit of a wait but they got me on my room quickly.

The hotel is a great value for money - it is located in a good area and a metro station is just in a 3 minutes walk where you can take a quick ride to the city centre. The room was clean and large, and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was fantastic! The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was nice to talk with. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and kind. The front desk staff were exceptional! All around it was a great place to stay and spend a few days.
