Location was great both to reach NYC central as well Long Island beach. But 100 points goes to personel at reception as they were so helpful, friendly and smiling that I have not seen such team before !

We stayed here after having flown into JFK airport at the start of our New England Roadtrip. Good hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a restaurant serving good meals. There was a well stocked mini market on site. The hotel was clean and well maintained and parking was plentiful. We don’t generally stay in chain hotels but this was a perfect convenient stop for us.

Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. I travelled from the UK and spent one week at the hotel. The hotel was much better than expected. However I must say the staff were exceptional and delivered a 5 Star service which made my stay much more enjoyable. Bob was especially good at sorting out any concerns I had, and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable. For the above reasons, this will certainly be my hotel of choice whenever I'm back in the neighbourhood.
