This is one of the cleanest Hampton Inns that I’ve ever been in. The staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable.

They are deceiving. I booked a room online. When I came to check in I was told there were no rooms available. I went to another hotel. But they refused to refund my money, they told the booking representatives that they had a room for me. That's horrible. I have traveled in 14 countries of the world, this is the first time I have encountered such a scam.

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.
