This is a very lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and functional, everything worked. Wi-Fi works fine. The rooftop pool has views of the south east part of the city.  The hotel has a Latin American feel which is a little unique in Vietnam. The tiling is very nice in the room and halls, lobby etc. It's smaller than other places so quite ideal for privacy and peace. But near the beach if you like to socialize. The location is good, away from the noisy streets in city centre. But still only 5 minutes walk from shops. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning works fine. VT is a very beautiful city and the staff helped me to find some good places. I stayed 1 night here but it's so nice I asked to stay another 2. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Great stuff

Facilities, Location, Cleanliness, Helpful Staff. From my observation, it would be great if the restaurant staff (in the evening shift) could be more friendly once communicating with customers. Maybe they are trying to be professional; but to some customers, it could be arrogant.
