Good location near train station for Sapa to Hanoi travel. New hotel with lovely rooms and nice decor. Good price and comfortable beds. A lovely family owned business.

Our stay at this hotel was only for one night and we found the hotel very good. The bed was not hard and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and tried to answer all of our questions. We had a very nice room with a great view over the river.

We had a great stay, the warm wooden room felt very relaxing, comfortable and warm. Every breakfast dish is delicious and complete, suitable for every taste.

We love the property , staff , very supportive staff and exceptional services to keep the customers happy . I would give five star rating to this hotel. Very clean rooms , beautiful coffee cafe on roof , that’s mind blowing . I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel to feel like you at home

Hotel in a great location for visiting the city center and also offers a wonderful view of the city. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful; they are really friendly and, if you have a problem or need something, they will help you find a solution. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Sapa.

The host was incredibly kind, and the accommodation offered warming blankets, hot water, and a free breakfast. The staff were also very responsive and attentive.

Traveling through Southeast Asia from the US, my friend and I found this stay through the Booking.com app. The price and location of this Boutique hotel are spectacular! Reasonable rate and in the heart of Sapa city. It’s far enough from all the touristy places, but easily accessible to those locations. We liked feeling like we were a little more part of the local neighborhood. The staff team is excellent. They are eager to help and so very bright, cheerful, and friendly. Sam & Nga, at the reception desk, are outstanding in their joyful and kind spirits. They checked on us regularly, as we’d pass through the lobby, to make sure we were having a positive experience. They set up laundry drop off and pick up for us twice and arranged for us to have a scooter during our entire stay. They made everything so easy for us and enhanced our experience. Nga has a gentle approach and Samleads from the heart. When we checked in, we even received a written note from Sam that made us feel so special. That’s a nice touch to an already personalized experience. The room itself is fairly basic. We had a room off of the main stairs, second floor. Our room has a view of the mountains and the Muong Hoa train line. I can watch the train from my room. Each day, Sam & Nga would make sure that our room was cleaned while we were out. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff are amazing, as well. We’d have newly washed towels and the room would smell refreshed when we’d return. Our breakfast was well served, the Mam restaurant had a beautiful mountain view and the food was delicious. I see the simplicity and sincerity of the local staff. My friend and I agree that we’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The staff especially defined our experience. They deserve ten stars! Thank you, Sapa YEN ’s Boutique!
