Very kind and friendly staff. Check-in and out was simple and easy. The breakfast had a good variety of options. 10 min walk into old quarter. Great value for money, especially in comparison to other Hanoi hotels. Comfy bed and pillows which is hard to find in Vietnam within this budget. Room was also very quiet, again difficult to find. This place is a treasure!

Loved that it was open at 12am for checking in when we arrived from Sapa and the staff were super helpful! Even though it is situated on the beer street and there was loud music, we were on the 4th floor so we could hardly hear anything. We slept peacefully and it was super clean and nice!

Everything fine and very helpful information. The girl in the reception very good and give genuine recommendations however the guy also recommend place to eat but not good I was scammed by paying double.

Staff were outstanding! Super helpful and kind. Really felt like you could ask them anything and they always did their best to help. They organised tours, did laundry, and gave great recommendations on places to eat. They all spoke excellent English too and should be commended on that. I thought the location next to the train line was really cool too :)

The staff, especially Ms Huyen, was so helpful from the minute I made online booking, till we arrived, and even after we left. We were moving around Vietnam, and left some luggage at the hotel before and after our booking dates, and she made sure all was taken care of.
