Sa was very helpful and making sure we were looked after throughout our stay. He even came to bid us goodbye on his day off work. The rooms we stay has an amazing view to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable. It was a wow moment upon entering. A convenient place and short walk to Sapa Town. Very accommodative owner who allowed us to freshen ourselves before leaving the hotel in the evening back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.

I chose this accommodation because of the view of Muong Hoa, and it was worth choosing just for the friendly attitude of the staff. View of Muong Hoa is as beautiful as expected. Breakfast has been upgraded and improved a lot, I have experienced a variety of dishes, the fruit juice is delicious, the local staff are very attentive and welcoming to us. We came for dinner the first time on the MAM Restaurant , the beautiful small Mam restaurant is located outside in the garden behind our hotel and I can see the valley and the train passing by, and we loved the experience. Charming atmosphere, good service and lovely vibes. We also came for a brunch, definitely my best coconut coffee in Vietnam and roasted potatoes are so tasty. We tried lots of dish on the menu and all was good, you can feel that it's all cooked with love. I don't know if I can go to Sapa again, but if I do, I definitely want to visit Yen again and say hello to the staff. Thank you for being so kind throughout my night. I will remember my time in Yen for a long time.

It was clean with a great location. The staff was amazing. When they found out we were leaving for a day out they gave us a bag with water and bananas. After check out they did it again for our travel. They were truly the kindest.

Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
