The welcome we received from Pablo was warm and hospitable and they upgraded our room to celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect and minutes from the Main Street in El Calafate where all the stores & restaurants are located . Pablo was so helpful about giving us recommendations for meals, sightseeing and tours . Breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious and the breakfast area was beautiful and sunny. We had a tour to Perito Moreno that morning ( highlight of the stay) and when he could not locate a taxi to take us to the bus station, Rafael Kim drove us there himself ( customer service that exceeded all expectations) . The hotel has outstanding wood furniture and interiors and a lobby that makes you want to relax for a bit with a full bar . When we returned from our glacier trip, Rafael made us the most incredible cocktails with Calafate liquor and glacier ice to celebrate our anniversary . We loved our experience at Patagonia Queen and highly recommend it

The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and made us feel truly at home. Everything was lovingly furnished with great attention to detail; it was clean and comfortable, and there was a secured parking space in the yard right in front of the apartment. We also really enjoyed the prepared breakfast. We would stay again anytime and highly recommend this accommodation to other travelers!

Sergio is an excellent Host who made sure we could make the most of our stay! Highly recommend!! The apartments interior design is simple but still feels welcoming. The location of the apartment is close to the main road (bars, restaurants, cafes,…) and also close to the meeting point for excursions (e.g. to the glacier museum). The housekeeping personnel is really friendly as well.

Myself and my partner based ourselves here for 5 days in order to hike and explore el Chaltén. We couldn’t have been happier when we were met with such a warm welcome from Santiago who is running the hotel with his brother. Santiago went above and beyond for us helping us with our itinerary and giving us advice where to eat where to purchase various items for our travels. The breakfast was lovely and substantial and the room was gorgeous and so clean. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Santiago from your Irish friends Lucy and Henry
