Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

The food was delicios! We took the half board. It was very clean clean, quiet village, next to the river. The ski resort was very close driving distance. We will come again in the summer, too! Featuring 3-star accommodation, Hotel Edelweiss Kitzbühel is located in Kitzbühel at the foot of Hahnenkamm Mountain and offers ski-to-door access. This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were impeccably dressed, exceptionally friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile. The entire property was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better, with quick and easy access to the ski lift. I highly recommend it!

This property is beautifully done with lovely finishes and wonderful family that owns and operates it! The rooms were so nice and quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. It is a working farm so there are horses and sheep and dogs; we loved it all. The breakfast was delicious- bacon, eggs, breads, fruit, cheese - all freshly sourced. We had desserts and cappuccino which were nicely presented and the warm chocolate cake was to die for . We hope to visit again and highly recommend to everyone
