Our second stay here we will definitely stay here again when we come to Perth again. Staff are always very friendly and helpful on check in. Beds and pillows are super comfy.

Kings Park Motel is nestled between the native bush-land and botanical gardens of Kings Park, Perth's major hospitals, The University of Western Australia and the Subiaco shopping precinct. The motel is 3 km from Perth CBD (Central Business District). The reception staff is very helpful - shout out to Rosemary, who was very helpful and made us feel very at home. Kings Park Motel is indeed a home away from home: having a microwave oven and a decent sized fridge, with plates, bowls and utensils allow us to have simple meals in the room when we do not feel like venturing out. The facilities are great: laundry room, pool, lounge, free parking. It was a truly great stay.

Rose & Crown Hotel Guildford is 15 minutes’ drive from Caversham Wildlife Park, and 20 minutes’ drive from central Perth. Perth International Airport is 7 km away. Great location in an interesting historical area of Perth. Lovely garden bar and restaurant adjacent to the accommodation. Very good communication for after hours to locate the key. Thank you.

Room was small but very comfortable with everything I needed, bed was soft, tea and electric kettle provided, clean and modern bathroom, option to skip housecleaning some days to conserve resources. Staff was welcoming and helpful, 24/7 desk was perfect for my midnight arrival.

What stood out for me what the excellent service. The management went out of the way to ensure we were completely comfortable. It was also very safe, and just next to a gas station and a supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.
