The staff was friendly and helpful, even though not everyone spoke English fluently, they made an effort to assist and accommodate us. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast. Parking was not an issue, as there was plenty of space in front of the hotel, and enough room for several cars. The view from the hotel was stunning, with a beautiful mountain and a lake right in front, and we were lucky enough to witness a full moon during our stay. Next time, we will definitely book a room with a balcony because it’s well worth it.

Set in the centre of Kŭrdzhali, Hotel Arpezos houses lobby bar, conference hall, restaurant with summer garden and a variety of Bulgarian, Turkish and European cuisine, grand hall "Arpezos", fitness... From what was the communist hotel to now, a stunning renovation, in every sense. From the the moment you go to reception.... You just know this is somewhere special, and the hotel didn't disappoint, the room was immaculate throughout, a very nice comfy bed, I slept like a log :-). The buffet breakfast (included) was also superb, something for everyone and every taste, delicious. I would definitely stay again. Thank you! 🙏
