This is a small boutique hotel located next to the Praça da Sé, a popular square in the heart of Pelourinho. Public transportation and the Elevator Lacerda are a short walk away. Position really strategic, in the historical Centre. Safe area with police. The hotel is elegant and smart at the same time . Staff wonderful and really prepared on all the inquiries of the client. Breakfast really good ! In particular the service of the driver Vinicius is really appreciated by us . He professionally accompanied us from Salvador to another resort traveling for 6 hours speaking a perfect English. I recommend hotel and all the services provided .

After an 8 hour drive we just could not be bothered changing rooms again. the floors in the corners mirrors etc were dirty and there was no sparkle about it whatsoever. the roof top pool and lounge area is lovely and we watched a nice sunset from there . a disappointing visit spoilt in particular by the shower and grime. massive room but had to walk 10 metres from bed to light switch as there was no bedside light. which seems ridiculous in this day and age , gor the sake of supplying a bedside lamp. The main led light in the room remained on, but dim , which was a pain when trying to sleep.
