Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lake view room with the balcony was spacious and the view was incredible. The hotel itself is easily accessible via bus, train or boat.

The place was very close to the Interlaken West train station and there are several shops and markets within 5 minute walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean so we had a comfortable stay. There was a closet in the room and there was also extra closet space in the hallway, which was nice. On top of the location and the place itself, what I really appreciated was service. We arrived very late, but Veronica proactively reached out so that we can get into our room without any trouble. Veronica is so nice and sweet and she even gave us a ride to the West station after we checked out. The station is only minutes by walk, but we had 2 big luggages and a toddler on a stroller so the ride to the station was very helpful, especially at 6:30 in the morning.
