I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, always helpful, went out of their way to help the guests. There is always fresh lemon water in the lobby and they will make tea for you any time. The room was very comfortable, had everything. The black out shades and a/c allowed me to sleep perfectly.

There are so many good things at this hotel. Really if you don’t stay here you are missing out. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is centric and in the middle of nanluogo alley, so plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. A starbucks is right in front, which is great for early breakfast before a tour. With all that I have to say the service is just next level. Everyone is so kind and attentive. They gave us plenty of treats; fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea. The complimentary laundry is a great extra but their team was so accommodating. They helped us with our bags, ordered a taxi, helped us order delivery when we couldn’t do it ourselves with alipay. Everyone was great. Special thanks to Mia for guiding us to our taxi at the end. Which we can go back.

The room was super cozy and clean, the host and his family were super friendly and welcoming. Food was exceptionally well homemade Chinese cuisine and always delicious while delivering a variety of typical Chinese dishes. We were able to book admission tickets for the Great Wall with our host and got a super comfortable shuttle service to get us there and pick us up. Everything felt super warmhearted, welcoming and un-forced. We could choose the time for breakfast and dinner and always had a very homey experience. There are no super markets close by but the Homestay had a fridge with a great selection of super fair priced drinks (Softdrinks, beers) which can be paid easily with Alipay.
