I am a solo traveler and they made me feel so welcome and always made sure I was ok. kept checking up on me like they were my family.. the room was so comfy and very cute. the AC worked great. the breakfast was amazing. the receptionist was a doll!!. she was so sweet and friendly and helped me book my trips and helped me get around the town. the cute cat on the place was adorable. I miss her! I keep telling my frineds that they should go to Cartagena and stay at this hotel.
