There is nothing negative about this hotel. The location is beautiful and easily accessible, the private parking is spacious and under camera surveillance. The rooms are beautiful, warm, there is a home-like feeling. The bed mattress is very comfortable, also my relative had an excellent sleep in spite of their back problems. The room is also very quiet. The hotel atmosphere is lovely. I have to emphasize the attitude of the staff - they are so wonderful, professional and smiling. All of them: at the reception, restaurant, cleaning and maintainance, and manager. The food is amazing. Breakfast has a variety of everything, very tasty! We also had the dinner at the hotel every evening during our stay, the menu is very well put together, a lot of tasty options. Our dinner was perfect every time, we tried the "dorada" fish with polenta, eggplant salad, shrimp salad, salmon-avocado starter, "papanasi" desert... The spa is wonderful with inside + outside pool, Finnish and salt saunas, and lovely music. Last, but not least, all places (indoor + outdoon hotel premises) are spotless clean. This is our second time at River hotel and we are looking forward for our next stay. <3

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless and the hosts were great. In the morning there were complimentary coffee and croissants. Excellent conditions, location, super responsive, respectful and helpful staff. All that you can wish from a hotel. Staff was super careful with our luggage, with the parking arrangements, guiding us in & out. This made a huge difference, even if the accommodation itself was great.

Set in Bukovel, HVOYA offers ski-to-door access to the Bukovel 7D ski lift and a 24-hour front desk. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available on site. Difficult to say since everything was just perfect from the arrival to departure: easy parking, great food especially at breakfast, amazing spa. But it is the staff that made the stay most memorable. Special thanks to Dmytro who is on reception but also doubles as a guide.
