Heidelberg Castle and Heidelberg Zoo are also less than 2 km away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and we loved the window seat. Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking undercover nearby. Easy walk to historic town of Heidelberg.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. The location is perfect for visiting Europa Park. It is really had to find a rental big enough for two families and this place had plenty of room. The pictures online didn’t do it justice. It was better in person!

Breakfast is the absolute best- best breakfast I’ve had in all of Europe! Everything is homemade and you can tell, it’s excellent. I came back a year and a half later just for the breakfast!

The 3-star superior Hotel Höhengasthof Grüner Baum offers quaint, cosy rooms decorated in a country-house style boasting wonderful views, as well as either a terrace or a balcony. Strategic location to start hiking in the area of Feldberg. The breakfast is great and good to start hiking after the breakfast at the hotel, their restaurant is also great. I like to be at the lower ground as it has direct access to the garden. Parking space is available. The nearest public transportation is the regional train about 2 to 3 km away.
