A truly outstanding stay! The room was comfortable with a brand-new bathroom, and the view from the terrace was just stunning. The owning couple are such lovely people who clearly put a lot of care and attention into every detail. Breakfast was amazing and far above what you’d normally expect in this area. Overall, this hotel offers so much more than the usual standard – highly recommended!will come back for sure!!

Set in tranquil nature and featuring a historical ambience, this grand castle hotel offers spacious rooms with Italian period furniture. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices at the buffet. The service at breakfast by the waitresses was very good. The location was excellent! The castle and the grounds are beautifully kept and inside was warm and cosy with lovely antique furnishings to fit the castle’s original era. Lots of attractions nearby! Restaurants/shops nearby Perfect getaway Can highly recommend recommend We enjoyed it so much that we plan to return again.

This small hotel in the mountain village of Sorge is surrounded by the Harz countryside. It offers scenic views, a sauna, and daily breakfast buffets. Nice stuff. Coffee and tea in the room.
