His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.

All air-conditioned rooms come with a TV and a private bathroom. Beautiful place. Stone ,wooden beams but ultra modern. Great views. Friendly helpful staff. I had an excellent t bone steak and nice wine for my evening meal. There was a good breakfast included in the price, a good selection of hams, bread , cheese , cereal . They will also make you scrambled eggs. Make sure to ask what’s included in the price for the evening meal . We assumed it was a la carte but actually there was a fixed price for a “cena “. We would have chosen differently if we’d known this.

Our location offers our guests' accommodation in what we could call the epicenter of Euskadi, in Arrasate Mondragón, just a few kilometers from the sea but still enjoying the luxury of being surrounded by a green and mountainous landscape. Everything ! Super comfortable , every single detail focuses on customer satisfaction. Best of all, customer service by Mary Mar. incredibly discussed on helping us with all our questions. They had free laundry, an awesome gym, excellent facilities and the rooms were nice and spacious, stocked with plenty of consumables and also cleaned daily. They also had a co-working space which was very useful, since I had to work one of the days. Near the hotel is a supermarket and several restaurants+ a park. Honestly, it is great 👍
