Situated in the peaceful village of West Knighton, New Inn – Dorchester is a former 16th-century coaching inn. It blends original features with modern attributes, such as free WiFi and free on-site parking. A perfect English pub that reminds me of faulty towers in a good way. Beautiful village but classy food.

On the edge of the Jurassic Coast, with stunning views and scenic footpaths around the building, The Smugglers Inn offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. The Osmington Mills are nearby, with beautiful views of the Isle of Portland. What a great location! We stopped here on the first night of our Road Trip and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The location is outstanding and great for people who love hiking. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. My kids enjoyed everything about the place. After I left I realised I had left my wedding ring in the room and was already in Devon at this point. They kindly arranged to post it to my home address asap and didn't even want me to pay for postage. Fantastic stay and very nice staff. Beds super comfy

Situated on Weymouth's historic seafront, The Beach House offers panoramic views around Weymouth Bay and the coast line. This Georgian Grade II listed building is just 10 metres from Weymouth Beach and the Esplanade. The Hosts were the best we've had so far in four weeks of traveling. The breakfast was good, room was good, and we had a view of the ocean.
