An exceptionally warm and friendly welcome to a clean, tidy and well-run guest house. The rooms are spacious (without being cavernous), very clean and contain all the expected amenities. The view from the window and the outside balcony is exceptional. We particularly liked that all the bed linen and towels are spotlessly clean white and I have never slept as soundly on a bed that wasn't my own 🙂 A full English breakfast is available in front of a roaring log fire in the dining room and other breakfast options are available.

Our welcome to this warm and inviting Inn was wonderful. Staff are just lovely. Our dinner, and included breakfast, was delicious.The size of the poached eggs were huge, apparently “the Rolls Royce of eggs” and I’d believe it! The big, fluffy white bath towels were a bonus too😊We couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you Mark and co you’re doing a great job of looking after weary travellers.

As we were running late on the day of arrival, Emma, our host, went in and put the heating on. This made a cosy cottage even cosier. In terms of facilities it is everything you could want from a cottage, very clean, spacious, plus off street parking.

Situated 0.2 miles from the First Direct Arena in Leeds, ibis Styles Leeds City center Arena features a third party restaurant and bar which is a coastal Indian. Everything was really great, location was really good only a short walk from the centre had plenty of restaurants around for both dining and quick snacks! I got there early and planned to leave my bags but they checked if my room was ready without me asking and I was able to check in early! All the staff I met were super friendly - the room was clean and all the amenities were good - had a lovely quiet room and though we only got up early enough for breakfast once what was provided was perfect

Haley's Hotel is a grand building situated in a quiet area, 2 miles from Leeds city centre. Free Wi-Fi and free parking. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar, next to the open fire. Perfectly placed in Leeds for my needs. Full sized bath is a bonus. will have been about my fourth stay here and I have two more booked in 2025

There is ample free secure parking. スマホの充電用アダプターを電車の中で無くしてしまい困っていましたが、レセプションで貸してもらい助かりました。本当にありがとうございました。 朝食が素晴らしく、そして食堂が美しい部屋でした。 歴史のある外観。庭も綺麗でした。敷地内で馬が見えました。部屋にポットはありませんが、給湯室でお茶の用意があります。レセプションの前の部屋ならコーヒーメーカーがありました。
