We loved being in a quiet end of town with a beach just steps away for little dips. It was still close to everything in Bol - 5 to 10 min walk to all the restaurants and market, and 30 minutes to Zlatni Rat (the promenade to get there is amazing, and a great spot to walk or run!) There is plenty of free parking nearby, less than 5 mins. It’s easy to explore the island from the apartment, but our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony and have a leisurely breakfast, or a glass of wine, enjoying the sea views. Robert was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome.

My family stayed at Villa Sofija for 3 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. The host Sofija was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Her hospitality was apparent from the moment we arrived. My family stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. It was perfectly clean and sufficiently spacious. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, towels, oven, microwave, television and so much more. The beds were very comfortable. Even the pull out bed that was prepared for our child was very comfortable. The apartment had ample space and air conditioner making it very airy and pleasant in the hot summer days. There is also a lovely shaded outside seating area. Covered parking was also a huge plus. WiFi was also available. The Villa is located just a short walk from the beach and also the port and town centre where there are lovely cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Villa Sofija. We certainly plan to visit again.

Josip and his wife were so kind and flexible. When it was time for us to catch our ferry back to Split, they even offered us a ride so we would not have to rush in the heat. The place had everything we needed and would be a good deal for a large family as there were a number of beds. It was located in the middle between the town of Bol and the beach.

Very clean and nice view from the balcony.

The host is one of the most friendly and warm people I have met in my life. My trip wouldn't be half as fun and relaxing if I didn't get to meet her. The beds are very nice and soft. The bathrooms clean and the kitchen as well. A nice garden in the shade for everyone staying there. When I stayed I didn't feel like I was just visiting, it felt like home.
