All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

I booked a superior room. The hotel is a three star hotel, but deserves a four star. + the room is clean + the pillows, sheets, towels, are clean and fine + AC is cool + the area is close to the government center, ferry terminal, alfamart, and yongkee restaurant + it has bluebird taxis stand by + love the restaurant for breakfast at 11 floor, the view is amazing. Food is okay. Not a minus because i dont swim. but the pool is quite small. The staffs are helpful.
