This guy is amazing! Always checking in on me and up for a good chat. A real professional also at arrival when I showed a bit of disappointment as I had messaged the office many times with no response. As a manager myself, I’m so happy to see when people know how to deal with tired/frustrating customers! Some staff js new and they are learning and it honestly melts my heart in seeing how much effort these people are putting into work to make everything flawless. * The place has been renovated and opened last year and you can tell they are working to strive the best.
