The apartment was spacious, practically furnished and the bed was super comfortable. Great bathroom and terrace where breakfast was served. Small but pleasant pool and well-kept garden. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us - a bit out of the way, but you can reach nice cafes and restaurants on foot or by scooter. Would stay here again 😊

We were blown away by the fun, bright and stylish hotel. From the minute we came we received a welcome drink and cold towel. We were invited to lay by one of the many gorgeous pools and enjoy the laid back cool vibe. Several times the amazing staff came by our sun beds with free goodies. We got juice and smoothie shots, cheese, cakes, little snacks and cold towels. They run the hotel like a luxury 5 star hotel. One of the best turn down services I’ve ever experienced. They prepared the bed with netting curtains, pyjamas and sandales laid out. Water jug and glass on the bedside table, all our toiletries organized, a little basket of cookies and even a face mask chilled in the fridge. We were so impressed by the incredible attention to detail and it made our stay so enjoyable.

It is not the first time staying at Jivana resort. I loved it first time, I did it again when we returned and we will go once again at the end of our trip. It is just lovely, the staff is really nice, very clean, the pool is just great to relax and the location - perfect for my needs. Close to the south beaches (around 12 min by scooter) / 30 min to west uluwatu. Pepito market walkable distance and a 5 min scooter to closest place to eat. Would definitely recommend it .
