Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. This property is the most beautiful, majestic space with breathtaking architecture. It is nestled into a hill with views of The Burren and the sound of flowing water is around every corner. There are several inviting common areas complete with fireplaces and the feeling of contemplation and peace. We topped off our eve with a whiskey at the “help yourself” bar. The next morning we visited the Ailwee Caves (a must see) and the 16th century tower house called Newtown Castle which is part of Burren College of Art - there was true student talent. Both places are a short walk or drive from The Waters Country House. This is a one of a kind B & B NOT to be missed and Wolfgang and Maria are the most gracious proprietors!

With views over Doolin village and towards the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin View B&B is within a 10-minute walk of traditional Irish pubs and restaurants. The decor was so comfortable and homey. The host was gracious and accommodating. The views were excellent and the breakfast was a treat. Wonderful!

The Lodge Doolin offers room only and Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the centre of Doolin village, County Clare. Please note that our breakfast service is from Easter to October. Breakfast was good and the location excellent. All was fine.

Run by a sweet older lady, this place was lovely. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. The owner gave great local recommendations, though there isn’t much nearby, which can make going out for a drink tricky, especially on a foggy day.

Built in the Georgian period in 1736, Aran View Country House and Lodge stands on a hill on the coast road and commands one of the finest views of the wild Clare coastline. A beautiful place to stay. It felt quite grand, but so comfortable and welcoming at the same time. Such a comfortable bed and so lovely to have a very spacious room. It was incredibly helpful to get some washing done here as well. Nothing was a problem. An excellent place to stay.

In beautiful North Clare, with views of the Burren Hills, Cappabhaile House offers spacious bedrooms and traditional Irish breakfasts. There is also free parking and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful B&B, good food, professional and very nice staff. Will definitely return. Highly recommend this B&B.
