The property is 2.5 km from Garden of Gethsemane, and within 500 metres of the city centre. Fantastic central location near Jaffa Road within walking distance from light rail. Quiet and very clean. Mona, the manager, called me several times with instructions and was ever so friendly and patient with all my questions. I will definitely go back.

Most attractions of the city can be explored easily by foot from the hotel. This unique, interesting and historical building was completed in 1933. It has beautiful public areas with arches and lush gardens.

Good quality/ price for a 3 stars hotel. Very good location. The staff is fine. Do not expect to get more service and facilities, it's a 3 stars hotel. Enough good to sleep and enjoy the city.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular Saami and Hyat at the reception. Great location close to old Jerusalem. Overall comfortable and clean for a 3 star hotel.

Proximity to Al-Aqsa mosque. It's literally on the doorstep. Perfect for group of friends who was a budget hotel with easy access to the mosque. I'd love to see this place when the renovations are completed. Would definitely book again!

The hotel has a nice location, close to the city center and still on the quiet street. The room is clear, big enough, with the nice furniture. I had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room. The breakfast was nice.

Hotel Kaplan is a small, budget hotel in a good location, with cafes and restaurants nearby and the Old City a short walk from the hotel. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel manager Natan was very friendly and helpful.

Nice budget hotel to sleep in Jerusalem. Very comfortable bed. Location was excellent next to Damascus gate but still quiet and able to get a good sleep. Water and coffee machine available 24h a day and nice terrace to seat outside with nice view to old town walls.
