We stayed for less than day to recharge from our previous adventures before we go to the airport. Unbelievable how fast you can to the airport from a private and quiet place like this (under 10min). Definitely recommending this hotel to all other travellers.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which added positively to the experience. Considering the amenities and location, the hotel is very affordable and offers really good value for money. Overall, Chrissie's Hotel is probably the best choice for accommodation in Thekkady, offering a comfortable and well-located base for exploring the area. We had a very very positive experience and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a family owned property built in 1960 by the Grandfather and turned into a beautiful resort. Very friendly and go out of their way to please you. Always cleaning with a smile. Maneesh at the restaurant was the best he goes out of his way to please you even if he notices you have not come down for breakfast or dinner will check on you. My husband fell sick and everyone went out of their way to get him a doctor and what he needed. Overall excellent and a must, must visit, we will be back.
